First off thank you for visiting our new blog! We are excited to have this opportunity to share a little more about Fitzpatrick Architects. Who would guessed forty years ago when our firm was founded that we would be writing a blog for our webpage and discussing it on facebook? But here we are. Our goal with this blog is to share insights about our company and to highlight the joys of architecture at home and around the world. Since Fitzpatrick was founded there have been many new developments in the field of architecture. We have come to the realization that not everyone has had the opportunity to reflect on and experience good architecture or understand the positive impact that architecture has on the environment. Therefore, we believe starting a blog will allow us to express our views of the significance of architecture and the architect. John Fitzpatrick Founder and President John Fitzpatrick is a residential architect in Austin, Texas, specializing in designing custom homes, remodels, and builder speculative homes throughout Texas.
