This Client’s project objective was to relocate to a historic community in Austin in a smaller traditional home where the upper level can be closed off for energy efficiency when not in use. The sealed attic is foam insulated to provide a cooler more energy efficient space for AC ducts. This house designed by an Austin architect with accessibility features and a large outdoor living space.
