SPICEWOOD:
The program for this project was to design a non-imposing home to maintain the site’s natural appearance by saving as many trees as possible and a simple cost saving footprint. A vaulted wood truss ceiling in the living and dining enhances an open feeling which extends out to the charming outdoor living area with a screened porch. The client enjoyed working with a custom residential architect to achieve maximum use of space with a simple functioning footprint.
