EAGLE RISING COVE:
John Fitzpatrick, an Austin remodel architect, designed this home addition. This home has a view of Lake Austin but the sloping rear yard gave little opportunity for an outdoor space to enjoy the scenery. Additions to the exterior were added to create outdoor activity spaces enhancing the view. Terraces were designed to include a pool loggia with kitchen and dining space; a pergola with a fireplace.
