John Fitzpatrick AIA has specialized in the design of custom homes and home remodeling projects for several decades. Our objective is to produce a stylized, sensible, and value-conscious home. We believe in a timeless concept that is sensitive to the Clients’ vision, the environment, and their quality of life.
Architectural Style Options
While there are architectural styles for every home, the most important style is your own. That is why at Fitzpatrick Architects we are a client focused Texas architectural firm that places a special premium on the home design that best reflects our client’s visions and their quality of life.
We do not promote our own personal style agenda. Therefore, we can offer a wide range of design styles including modern, contemporary, traditional, Texas hill country, Tuscan, ranch, various cultural vernaculars, and reflections from past eras.
Design Process
The residential design process consists of project phases which include site analysis, schematic sketches, preliminary design drawings and final construction documents. Fitzpatrick Architects also provide 3D visualizations throughout the process. This allows the client to have a complete understanding of their home design and features prior to construction. .
3D Realistic Renderings
Our firm utilizes 3D computer technology to generate 3-D realistic renderings. This assists the client to experience in 3-D their project by visualizing the lot terrain, home placement and relevant tree locations. These 3-D studies allow the client to clearly experience their home during the design process.
Virtual Meetings
Over many years, Fitzpatrick Architects has created hundreds of custom home designs in Austin and throughout Texas, as as well as other states. We have the ability to work virtually for the client’s convenience.
